Crusoe, the Denver-based cloud and AI infrastructure company, opened a new office in downtown Bellevue, Wash.

The 7,400-square-foot space in the Key Center building at 601 108th Ave. NE is currently home to 15 employees, with room to accommodate 20 and expand further to meet market demands.

Sharieff Mansur, Crusoe’s VP of marketing, is the most senior person in the office. The company says it’s hiring at the location across teams including product and design, go-to-market, marketing, and procurement.

Crusoe, which employs more than 1,000 people globally, has offices in San Francisco and Sunnyvale, Calif.; Dublin; and Tel Aviv. It also has manufacturing facilities in Arvada, Colo.; Ponchatoula, La.; and Tulsa, Okla.

Founded in 2018, Crusoe operates specialized data centers that provide the computing power companies need to run and train AI models, often using cleaner or low-cost energy.

In October, the company announced a partnership with Redmond, Wash.-based Starcloud, aiming to become the first public cloud provider to run AI workloads from space by deploying its Crusoe Cloud platform on a Starcloud satellite slated for launch in late 2026.

In addition to Crusoe, Bellevue’s Key Center is home to offices for SAP, TikTok, and Uber, and the surrounding downtown area includes tech heavyweights such as Amazon Web Services, Oracle, and Salesforce.
